North Paris Arena

The Villepinte exhibition centre will be turned into a large modular sports facility called “the North Paris Arena” for the Games. This huge exhibition centre with nine halls is the largest such facility in France, with another Games competition venue – the Paris Expo exhibition centre at Porte de Versailles – coming in second. Designed to accommodate large gatherings, the North Paris Arena is the perfect venue in Villepinte – a city right in the heart of Seine-Saint-Denis – for thousands of spectators to see the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games action up close.

North Paris Arena is located in the Villepinte exhibition centre in Seine-Saint-Denis. This venue will host the preliminary rounds of the boxing events and the fencing ranking round of the modern pentathlon during the Olympic Games, as well as the sitting volleyball events during the Paralympic Games.

How to get there?

The North Paris Arena will be served by Parc des Expositions station (RER line B).

Spectators are advised to allow sufficient travel time and to arrive early at the competition site.

Legacy

The North Paris Arena will be taken down after the Games. The Villepinte exhibition centre’s nine halls will continue to host fairs open to members of the general public and professionals all year round.
